Positive and confidence-building instruction
Picking a dance studio can be a big decision! Located in downtown Jordan, MN, Next Generation Dance Company provides a fun yet structured environment to discover a love of dance and movement!
Under the direction of Whitney Stram, we offer a variety of classes and dance styles for both recreational and competitive dancers. Students are placed at the level that best fits their abilities, allowing each dancer to be challenged while growing at their own pace.
Throughout the year, dancers will have opportunities to learn, grow, and perform, including taking the stage at our spring recital. At Next Generation Dance Company, our goal is to help every dancer feel successful, supported, and excited to see what they can accomplish!
Meet Your Instructor
Whitney Stram
Whitney is the owner/creative director of Next Generation Dance LLC. She has continued to fall in love with dance since she was 5 years old. This love of dance lead her to pursue her Bachelors degree in Dance with an emphasis on private studio teaching from Minnesota State University – Mankato and graduated in 2021. Since graduating college, she has continued to teach dance across the US and most recently taught at Bauer Fine Arts Academy in Jordan, MN. Upon hearing of the news of Bauer’s closing, she knew that she had no other option but to plant her roots and make a space for her students to continue to grow. She is excited to see what the first year brings and is appreciative of all the support from the community.
